“Picture this,” DeAnn Wells states, “everyone in the office is gathering their belongings and getting ready to close the office for the day. The phone rings, and it’s a customer. They had just had a personnel change. They found our name as the company that did their stadium cups last year, and they forgot to order their cups for the fair next week. They have a huge new booth touting their new services but, they had nothing to hand out!”

DeAnn’s team sprang into action. They called their new stadium cup company, and found out they could help. Even with a new screen, The Dooley Company, (asi/50410), could still produce them tonight and ship them tomorrow, but they needed the artwork in the next four minutes.

DeAnn’s team started to panic because somehow the artwork was lost on their computer. They searched under a different file names, looked through their last year’s paper files and still could not find it. They would have to recreate it, but not in three minutes.

“But then we thought ‘Wait what was the previous purchase order number from the other factory? Enter it on ASITransact,’ ” says DeAnn.

And there the artwork was, in ASITransact, attached to the previous year’s order. All that they had to do was download it, attach it to the new order and hit send. They were able to get the art to the factory with two minutes to spare.

Because of ASItransact, DeAnn’s team was able to tell the customer, ‘Sure, no problem. We will email you the tracking number in the morning. Have a nice evening.’

“We shut down the computers, gathered our belongings and shuffled out of the office. As the lights went out, we were all thinking, ‘thank goodness for ASITransact; yes, thank goodness for ASITransact,’ ” says DeAnn.
