“If there is one thing that the ASI product support team strives to do is provide educational opportunities for ASI members to discover more about how ASI products can help their business grow,” says Liz Kennedy, ASI’s manager for the product center.

  Brian Sullivan, director, member services product center, agrees, “I am proud to say that over 51,000 support calls have been answered year-to-date and over 70% of those calls have been handled in 30 seconds or less.”

The ASI product support team really wants you to learn how to integrate the ASI products in your business practices. Sometimes it takes more than one call to assist ASI members in that process.  

“When my dad started our company, approximately 15 years ago, it was catalogs only. Management resisted the 'technical stuff' strongly,” says Corinne Cutrone, (asi/154738), C & C Promotions. “Finally, I convinced them that, unless you are online, you are out of the loop. I have been working with Liz Kennedy and the rest of the ASI product support team for about a year, when our company first went with ESP® Online.”“On average, we have 77 classes scheduled per month, with a capacity to train up to 1925 members,” states Sullivan. “We have helped over 18,000 active ESP Online users, 2600 Register™ users, and over 7,000 ASInternet® users.”“They don't just teach - they ensure that you learn,” says Cutrone. “They always go the extra mile to make sure that all of our questions and concerns are addressed.  Now our company is always on top of the latest ‘hot’ promotional products, and I believe, they have been directly responsible for financial growth of our company.”

“The best part about my job is working with the ASI members and hearing successes like those from C&C Promotions,” comments Kennedy. “This is a fun industry and our members have the best sense of humor. And, that alone makes it more enjoyable to assist them,” says Kennedy.
