ASI has more female employees, mangagers and executives than the typical technology company in the United States. It also outpaces the female employee rate of Bucks County, PA, companies.
ASI's hiring practices encourage diversity to ensure a workforce makeup that's comparable to other local companies and the US technology industry overall. It's a consistent work in progress and the result for ASI has been an increasingly diverse workforce.
