The Original
The Pitch: Did you know that KB Innovative Products by Key-Bak (asi/64635) started producing the original 15C patented Key-Bak self-retracting key reel over 60 years ago right here in the USA? A rugged 24-inch stainless-steel chain keeps keys safe and sound and that's why it's a favorite of security, law enforcement, maintenance industries and more. Pricing starts at: 25; $10.95-R.Check it out here and also check out their exclusive specials on Facebook: http://www.kbips.com/.
The Bottom Line: The one and only.

Cozy Cool
The Pitch: We had Andrew's college orientation yesterday (so weird that he's going to college!). Of course, we had to stop at the university bookstore. We bought a T-shirt for Steve, a shot glass for me (ahem) and a cozy fleece West Chester Golden Rams blanket for Andrew. It's much like this one from Leed's (asi/66887). This warm 6' x 4' fleece blanket comes with a convenient carrying wrap with handles. It's perfect for carrying to events (like the Golden Rams football game) or keeping in the car. Pricing starts at: 48; $17.40-P. Click here: http://www.leedsworld.com/.
The Bottom Line: All wrapped up.

Outta Here
The Pitch: Did you hear about the guy who found his grandfather's baseball card collection in the attic (or some such place you would save such things)? Well, they are worth about $3 million. That's one cool collection. Louisville Slugger Co. (asi/60835) also has a cool collection ... of commemorative baseball bats. These 34-inch bats have a brown finish with gold imprint and come with a choice of three of the biggest names in baseball history. None of them are any of the Phillies this year. Your choices include Ty Cobb, Babe Ruth or Lou Gehrig. Features include player signatures, as well as their career years, batting averages and Hall of Fame induction years. This is a great employee reward or client gift for a baseball fanatic. See them here: http://www.sluggergifts.com/.
The Bottom Line: The big hit.

A Paper Trail
The Pitch: I just read a very interesting article about how paper resumes are becoming obsolete and more and more employers are looking at your web presence. Get that Facebook page cleaned up, people! Paper products that I can't ever picture becoming obsolete, given all the sloppy types out there, are napkins. Impressions by Briana (asi/62477) offers thick, three-ply napkins, packaged 50 per unit. They add an elegant touch to any special occasion (in fact, they had logoed napkins – and cups – at the parents' reception at West Chester U yesterday). Think also business conferences, reunions, proms and weddings and more. Pricing starts at: one; $23-P. A one-time plate charge of $80-P applies. To see their full collection, click here: http://www.printmeribbon.com/.
The Bottom Line: Wipe your face.
