Mastering Projects

ESP Web is a powerful tool. It has many features and functions that help organize your business and streamline your workflow, saving you time, stress, and ultimately, money. It’s worth exploring these business tools in greater detail to unlock ESP’s potential and get the most out of this comprehensive success system.

Let’s take a closer look at the Projects tab within ESP Web. Similar to an electronic filing cabinet, it’s the place where you can store your customer’s folders, products and presentations. 

Adding and Managing Projects 101

Click on the Projects button in the application toolbar.

Create a Project

To add a folder to My Projects, click the Create New link.

The New Project window opens, and you can name your project. Check the Nest Under box and select an existing folder if you wish.

If you check the Nest Under box, you will need to select an existing project folder from the drop-down. Then, click on OK.

Manage Projects

Add additional information to your project such as Customer Name, Date the Project is Due and notes about the project. Note: Only click on Save if you have entered additional details.

To create a sub-folder for a project folder, follow the same process as adding a new folder. Click the Create New link again and nest the new project under the folder to which you would like to add a sub-folder.

To delete a folder, select the applicable folder and then click Delete in properties. By deleting a folder, all products, presentations and sub-folders will also be deleted.
