Contest Rules

No purchased required.  Void where prohibited by law.  You must be at least 18 years of age to participate and a citizen of the United States.  Chances of winning depend upon the number of  participants in the contest.  
 
Winner is responsible for all other costs of winning, including, but not limited to, applicable taxes.  To be eligible to win, you must take one or all of the following three (3) actions: 1) go to Tim Andrews’ blog, at www.timandrewsblog.com, and post a comment about the new ESP for Mac or any other ASI product.  Or, tell us what you like about ASI, how ASI is helping your business, what ASI could do better, or what service you want ASI to provide; 2) visit ASI’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/pages/ASICentral/55248546043 and become a fan by clicking the icon at the top with the “plus sign” that says “Become a fan”; or 3) go to Tim’s Twitter page at http://twitter.com/Tim_Andrews_ASI, and become a follower by clicking the “Follow” button.  You may take one action in each forum in order to enter.  The contest closes on November 30, 2009.  Winner will be selected randomly from the people complying with the requirements above.  The winning person will receive a $250 American Express gift card.  The winner will be announced on the forums discussed above.  Contest winner agrees that ASI may use the winner’s name and likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation.
